The Company announces that it has made available to the public for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, copies of the 2009 Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the related Form of Proxy.

The Company also announces that the 73rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Oxford & Cambridge Universities Club, Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HD on the 13th January 2010 at 10.30 a.m.
